Terms of Service

1. The service

FNCompFinder is an independent platform that helps competitive Fortnite players find teammates for tournaments, Ranked, Creative, and scrims. FNCompFinder is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc. Fortnite is a trademark of Epic Games, Inc.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use account, LFT, request, social-link, or chat features. If local law requires parental consent, you may use those features only with that consent.

You are responsible for activity performed through your Epic-connected FNCompFinder profile and for keeping linked accounts secure. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, results, earnings, rank, region, age, or intentions.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. You may not harass, threaten, exploit, scam, spam, dox, sexualize minors, promote hate, distribute malware, sell accounts, arrange cheating, or use automated means to scrape or disrupt the service.

4. Your content and interactions

You remain responsible for messages, profile details, social links, and other information you submit. You grant FNCompFinder permission to host and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. Do not post private or sensitive information.

Teammate matches are introductions, not endorsements. Exercise judgment before moving conversations off-platform, sharing contact information, making payments, or meeting anyone.

5. Moderation

We may review reports and remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or ban accounts when we reasonably believe these Terms, the Community Guidelines, law, or player safety require it. We may preserve relevant records for safety, dispute, and legal purposes. Blocking hides direct interaction between players but does not erase records already retained for safety.

6. Third-party services and data

Epic Games sign-in, competitive-stat providers, social networks, and external links are operated by third parties under their own terms. Tournament schedules, statistics, rankings, earnings, and results may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Verify important competitive information with the official event source.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, FNCompFinder disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect losses, missed tournaments, teammate conduct, third-party services, or decisions based on displayed data.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material updates will be identified by a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions, disputes, and account-deletion requests may be sent to support@fncompfinder.com.
